Hi, I’m Steve Kahle – Welcome to 1-Minute Productivity, Episode 29!

According to Dr. Gail Matthews, we are 42% more likely to achieve our goals if we simply write them down. If you are not doing this first simple step – start now!

For many, including me, the easy part is writing down goals.

The hard part is the follow through and it sure feels crummy when we fall short, sometimes year after year.

Gretchen Rubin’s research shows that 40% of what we do is based on habit.

Our goals are much more achievable when we pair each goal with a new habit.

For example, if you are looking to write a book this year, create a habit where you write for 30-minutes first thing each morning.
